Food Freshly caught natural live fish is made to look gorgeous.
[Osori Assortment] uses plenty of seafood from Hokkaido in the north and Kyushu in the south. We carefully select about 7 to 8 types of natural live fish purchased that day and offer them to our customers. We use only real seafood that has no odor, such as wild tuna, sea bream, squid, and rays. In Osaka, many places offer "raw mackerel" as "kizushi", but at "Masaya", we offer it raw as sashimi. Prices vary depending on the material, so please feel free to inquire.
