佐賀駅南口から徒歩２分、駅前ビル裏手に構えるお店。
呼子の活イカを看板に掲げ、店内の水槽にもイカが泳ぐ。
刺身の後は天ぷらか塩焼き。客席も多く普段使いできる。

現地に住む知人と駅チカで呑むことになり、
案内いただいたイカのお店。大箱で活気がありますね。
入口を抜けると大きなバケツ仕様の水槽があって
イカがウネウネと泳いでいたりします。
ビールと一緒にイカの注文もして、さっそく乾杯。
・活烏賊（大）3,278円
姿造りではなく、透き通った身が映える黒皿へ盛付け。
くにゅりとした舌ざわり、ほどよい弾力が良いですね。
250gということらしいですが、２人で食べるには悠々。
後造りは天ぷらにして。サクサク衣の中はほっくりと。
火を入れたほうが甘みが増すようで、お酒も進みます。
イカの写真で満足したのか、他の料理の写真が見当たらず。
ホルモン鉄板なんてトコもビールにしっくりでしたよ。
