3rd floor of a multi-tenant building. - The appearance of the bar. However, there is a glass slit next to the door, and when you look inside, it looks like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). When you open the door with peace of mind, you can hear jazz background music. After looking at the menu, I ordered a Seafood salad for 700 yen and a three-piece sashimi dish for 1,270 yen. I thought it would be cheap for this price based on its appearance, but when I saw it, I was surprised to find that it was a big size, enough for 2-3 people. When I asked the head chef later, he told me that the amount was 2-3 times the usual amount, which was acceptable at this price. However, the salad used too much of the strong-tasting dressing, and the leaves softened over time, so I think it would be best if you reduced the amount of dressing or served it separately. Also, the cucumbers were especially delicious. The sashimi is also good. When I asked about it later, I was told that it was offered at a low price that would make almost no profit. The restaurant opened four years ago and was designed with Ginza bars in mind. The head chef with a pleasant smile talked to us about various things. Perhaps it's because it's the end of March, but we keep getting calls for reservations, and it seems like it's a popular restaurant. I didn't see any private rooms, but there seemed to be a lot of them. It was a satisfying Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a distinctive menu that had a wide variety of Saga sake, wine, and shochu, and was particular about its rice.
