JR京浜東北線 与野駅から徒歩２～３分。。。西口から国道１７号へ向かう道沿いにある肉バルです。
この日も与野駅近くで仕事。。。ランチを食べるお店を探していたところ、何とも美味そうなメニューを提示した看板にひかれて入店しました。
とある平日の13:00過ぎに入店。。。2組程度の先客がおりますが、さすがに空いてます。
テーブル席を勧められましたが、カウンター席でいただくことにしました。
【オーダー内容】
・ 肉バルが作るハンバーグステーキ（1000円）
どれも非常に美味しそうで大いに迷いましたが、隣が食べているのを見てハンバーグをチョイスします。
調理の様子は見えにくいですが、元気のよいご主人の豪快な感じの調理が垣間見れます。
こういう感じだと料理も楽しみですね。。。
さて、約10分程度で提供されたハンバーグ。。。詳細は写真を参照いただきたいところですが、木製のお皿にやや小ぶりながら品のよさそうなメインにはたっぷりと漆黒のデミグラスソースがかけられ、塩コショウで味付けされた半熟の目玉焼きが心をくすぐる外観。。。
付け合わせのフレンチフライにサラダ・ご飯にドリンクも付くなかなかの内容ですね。。。
早速いただきましょう。。。
”うん！これは当たりだ。。。”
思わず自画自賛したくなるハンバーグの味わい。。。外は強火で香ばしく、中身はジューシーな仕上がりはかなりのものです。味付けはシンプルなデミグラスソースだけですが、肉そのものの味わいを楽しめていい感じです。
付け合わせもシンプルながら、目玉焼きを乗せると見た目も味わいも豪華になって嬉しい限りですね。。
最後に特筆すべきは玉ねぎ。。。どこの特産品かは不明ですが、甘みがすごい。。。
香ばしく鉄板で焼かれただけですが、すごく素材にこだわりを感じました。。。
さて前情報もなく、飛び込みで入ったお店でしたが、とても美味しいお店で大満足でした。
本来は肉とワインにこだわりがある夜がメインのようですが、ランチのレベルもかなりものでしたので、また機会がありましたら他のメニューも試してみたいと思います。
そのうち夜も伺って肉をワインでかぶりつきたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
