ディナーでは2回ほど利用経験ありましたが、
とても料理が美味しかったので、少し気取った
ランチをする必要がありましたのでこちらを
予約して伺いました。
開店時間ジャストで店着。
大勢のお客様が回転待ちをされてました。
ディナータイムも予約必須ですが、
ランチも同様ですね。
海鮮丼や焼き物を中心としたメニューですが、
今回は折角なのでのど黒の塩焼き定食をオーダー。
少々待ち時間があり、なかなかのサイズの竹串に
刺さったのど黒がサーブ。
あら汁もは半身の渡り蟹が入っており、見た目も
豪華豪華。
ご飯も１つ１つお釜で炊いているのかな？
お釜に入ってホカホカ状態でサーブです。
のど黒は、焼き加減も塩加減も良く、
ほくほくとして旨味が濃くて美味しい。
身の剥がれもよく食べやすいですね。
他店で食べたものはこれよりもサイズは
小さかったですね。
肉厚で食べ応えもタップリです。
あら汁も渡り蟹に加え、お野菜もタップリ。
十分おかずになるレベルです。
いつもランチに利用できる価格ではありませんが、
千円代からも選べし、特にお高いものではないかも
しれません。
ただし、予約してからの利用をお薦めします。
お相手も大満足。良かったです。
