6階に”北海道”が入っているビルの地下1階が、こちらのお店です。
平日の12時前お邪魔しました。広い店内は未だ空いていました。
女性店員さんに「お酒ですか？お食事ですか？」と聞かれ、「お酒」と言いたいところを我慢。奥の方のテーブル席に案内されました。
私は九州らしさに惹かれ、もつ味噌鉄板焼き定食、同行者①は本日の日替りを注文しました。
メニューに記載はありませんが、ランチにはドリンクバーが付きます。種類は少ないものの、コーヒーはデロンギのサーバーが淹れる本格的なものでした。
同行者①の日替りは驚くほど早く提供されました。この日はハンバーグ。同行者①によると「業務用っぽい」とのこと。早さ重視でしょうか。
しばしの間をおいて到着した私のもつ味噌鉄板焼き、こちらはぷりぷりのゼラチン質感豊富なもつが辛めの味噌と卵と合わさり、なかなかいけました。ご飯が一部べちゃっとしていたのが残念でした。
同行者①が、卓上の見慣れない醤油に気づきました。見ると、太陽という名の、鹿児島県枕崎産の刺身醤油。初めて見ました。成分を見ると、大豆や小麦という定番に加え、「砂糖」。九州の醤油は甘く、関東人には馴染まないといった話を聞きますが、敢えてそれが備えらえれているところに、お店の九州へのこだわりを感じました。味見した同行者①によると、みたらし団子のような感じで、これで刺身は…とのこと。そのような関東舌の客のために、千葉産の醤油も備えられています。
