函館 森町しげぞう さいたま新都心店は、埼玉県さいたま市中央区のJRさいたま新都心駅から歩いたところにある。
2023年12月13日(水)に初めて函館 森町しげぞう さいたま新都心店をランチで訪れた。
2023年10月にオープンした北海道グルメを楽しめる居酒屋である。
お店の造りはL字のカウンター席とテーブル席がある。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
店内ではラジオが流れていて大型テレビがつけられていた。
カウンター席に着くと冷たい水が出された。
お店の人のにこやかで元気な接客も良い。
ランチメニューの豚丼(並)を食した。
お新香と味噌汁がついて税込980円である。
豚丼は、豚肉の上に紅生姜がのせられ、柴漬けが添えられている。
薬味に七味唐辛子が付いている。
豚肉は脂身の部分に甘味があり、焦げ目がカリカリとして香ばしく、噛み締めるほどに旨味と味わいがある。
甘辛いタレも食欲を増してくれる。
ご飯は柔らかめに炊かれていて炊き具合も良く、熱々である。
コリコリとした柴漬けの食感や紅生姜の酸味と辛味も良い。
豚丼をかきこむと食道を熱いものが通っていく。
味噌汁も熱々で出されて、具材はわかめとネギのみのシンプルなものである。
