浦和辺りで家族でお食事という事になり、評判の良いこちらへ初訪問。
半個室のようなテーブル席でランチのおまかせコース（4,200円）をいただいた。
お料理は以下のとおり、とてもテンポ良く供される。
お通し【ほや、蟹味噌、絹ごし豆腐、生姜】
お通し【煮貝】
前菜【明石蛸、玉子焼、鯵（？）の一汐焼き】
握り【烏賊、青柳】
お造【鰹とカンパチのおろしポン酢】
握り【小肌、白海老、スズキの昆布じめ（山形のだし添え）】
握り【ウニ、車海老、蒸し貝柱】
煮物【煮穴子】
お味噌汁（あおさ入り）

お通しや前菜はどれもソツのない美味しさ、玉子焼は焼き立ての熱々のものが供された。
中でも蟹味噌が美味しかった、テイストは蟹味噌なのだけどあまりにクリアなお味だったので「蟹味噌！？」と一瞬だけ思ってしまったほど。
産地にこだわったネタには江戸前の仕事がされているから、お醤油はつけずにそのままいただく。
ネタは仕事をしたり寝かせたりされているから、その美味しさは直截的なものではなくどこか遠回しな趣。
そしてその旨味はじんわりと感じられる。
握りはやや小振り、何が特別、というのではなくどれも平均して美味しかった。
特に気に入ったものは鰹とカンパチのおろしポン酢、それにかんぴょう巻き。海苔がとても美味。
大皿でたっぷり供されたガリもかなり好印象。
接客担当はとても若い女性（学生さんのアルバイトにも見えるほど）が二人、このお二人のレベルがあまりにも違い過ぎて唖然。
お一人は明るい笑顔でとても感じが良く、質問をしてもすぐに答えてくださる。ところがもうお一人は正直ちょっといただけない。。
おしぼりを出すのを忘れるわ、「またたび」の事を「わたたび」と言うわ（私達が不思議な顔をしたら奥に聞きに行って訂正した・笑）、スズキの昆布じめを平気で「白海老です」と言うわで（うーん）
お店の信用にも響くと思うので、あの接客は何とかすべきだと思います。。
恰幅の良いご主人の威勢の良い声はテーブル席にもよく聞こえてきた、お魚の薀蓄を語る声に遠くから耳を傾けていた。
帰る際にはとても明るい声で「ありがとうございました！」の声、家族揃ってとても温かい気持ちでお店を後にした。
ランチのこのコースは内容も充実しておりかなりリーズナブル、ちょっとした会食などにはとてもお手頃。（ただしテーブル席は6名まで）
夜は未食なので★はランチのコースに限ってのもの、また機会があればこのコースは利用してみたい。
