週末に前半の18時からの部でお伺いしました。 カウンター全員そろってお食事スタートです。
よし佳さんではメニューはなく、お勧めコースのみで最後に追加で何か握りますかと聞いてくださります。けど、お勧めのコースでも満足でき、おなかいっぱいになります。
出てくるお魚はすべて旬のお魚で水揚げされる場所にもこだわっておられ、1品1品料理を出してくださる毎に丁寧に説明してくださります。 お料理の方もマグロのづけを出して下さる際にも2種出してくださったり、ホタテの酒蒸の握り等いろいろ手が込んでいます。おつまみとお寿司が交互に出てきて、次に何が出てくるのかどきどきでした。
お料理はいずれも美味しかったです。又、お酒も大変美味しいものを用意されています。私たちは今回、日本酒メインでお勧めのものを冷でいただいたのですが、とてもまろやかで飲みやすく、ボトルを1本空けてしまいました。お寿司屋さんは素材勝負なのですが素材そのものの良さを引き立たせるちょっとしたひと手間とこだわり、美味しいお酒で大きく差が出ると思います。その点でこちらのお店はいろいろお魚を美味しくいただけるよう色々工夫されているな～と思いました。
