冬のボーナスは美味しいものを食べよう企画、第一弾でよし佳に行ってきました。
18時と20時の2部制という情報はあったので、遅れまいとお店にお伺いした。すると18時からのお客さんがまだいらっしゃって、20時からでよかったなぁって思った。帰るとき、次のお客さんが待ってるのはちょっとやだもんね。
何を食べたか忘れちゃうから、「写真とっていいですか？」って聞いたら大将がピースサインを出してきたので、「大将の舞台とはこういうことか･･･」と納得。

今回いただいたのは、

こうやって並べてみると結構食べたな。お腹いっぱい食べて飲んで、2人で\2,7000弱なので、色々こだわって手間も掛かっているので、CPはかなり高いと思います。
「これは塩で食べてね」とか「これはこのままでね」とアナウンスしてくれるので、素材の本当の味を引き出してくれます。
家でお刺身を食べたり、他のすし屋ではどうしても醤油をたっぷりつけて食べてしまうので、その魚の味に自信が無くても普通に美味しいと感じることができるんだろうなと思いました。
帰りの電車で「何が一番美味しかったか」色々考えていたのですが、旦那様はさばとカラスミ、あたしはアワビと中トロでした。あわびがおいしいと思ったことはないので、新発見です。
本当に一番なのかはわかりませんが（話のネタなのかもしれませんが）、「一番人気のガリ」は高勢の方が断然美味しいです。
「料理・味」の評価が非常に難しかった。3.5では足りないし、4.0程ではない。でも大将の人柄と、全体的に満足できたので4.0をつけさせてもらいました。
店内には浦和レッズのフラッグにサインがしてあったり、JFAの犬飼基昭のサイン色紙が飾ってあったりと･･･東京サポの自分としては正直居心地のいい空間ではなかった。アウェー感たっぷり。でもここは浦和。まっ今期は、東京の方が順位が上だからいいかなぁ。･･･という小さな反抗から雰囲気は3.0です。何かが悪いというわけではありません。そういう客もいるってこってす。
今度は気合入れて、予約していくのではなく「今日どうしてもすしが食べたい！」という気分の時にお伺いしようと思います。
