ひとりランチを実施。
所用で埼玉へ。
ランチは浦和駅付近のお鮨屋さん｢よし佳｣様を予約済み。
ランチは｢お昼のおまかせ｣のみ。
海なし県とは思えない素晴らしいクオリティ。

鮨もつまみも品数と内容が充実していて、いつまでも続いて欲しい１時間だった。
いろいろ書きたいが今回は次の４品に絞らせていただく。
◯糸引鯵

大分県産で初見の魚。50cmのを仕入れたとの事。
姿は似ていないけど、身は上質な真鯵と同様に脂が乗り旨味溢れていて大変美味しかった。
◯鮪赤身、中鮪、中とろ
↓
本鮪を様々な食べ比べができて楽しかった。
・赤身と中トロ(中鮪もたぶん中トロ)
・産地(那智勝浦、中鮪は直江津)
・漁法(延縄、中鮪は一本釣り)
・個体サイズ(中鮪は約40㎏の個体、幼魚と成魚の中間)
そしてどれも最高。
次回は夜のにぎり·料理コースをいただきます。
