よし佳さんで、本格的な江戸前寿司をいただきました。温かいシャコ、鯛の卵に子持ちホタルイカ、稚鮎に、つぶ貝、帆立、鱧、鰹、河豚のザクと次から次と手の込んだお皿が運ばれてきます。どれもネタも最高味付けも最高です。
赤酢の握りも江戸前で塩、漬け、昆布締めと醤油不要の寿司です。のどぐろ炙り、ウニ、赤みの漬け、トロ、マス、鯵、鯛、白魚、くえと満腹です。どれも絶品でした。桜エビの小鉢もいいお味でした。
