【食べログ寿司East百名店】に選出されたこちらのお店。浦和で長年人気の名店です。
2週間ほど前に運良く予約ができたので、念願の訪問です。
お昼は予約のランチコースのみで、おつまみ数種類ににぎり10巻がついて4400円です。
【おつまみ】
まずは明石のタコと帆立がそれぞれ出てきます。タコは山葵だけをつけていただくのですが、歯ごたえとうまみがすごい。帆立は塩だけですが、甘みがジュワッと出てきてびっくりします。
数種類のおつまみプレートのラインナップは次の通りです。
○もっちりとした濃厚自家製豆腐
○ぷちぷち食感がたまらないタコの卵を煮たもの
○さっぱりとしたメロンの浅漬け
○青魚の酢漬け
○ふっくらしたホタルイカ
ヒラメと帆立のすり身の卵焼きや山形産食材の炊き込みも出てきましたが、どれも処理の仕方が完璧で素材の味が引き立っていました。
