I've been going to this monjayaki restaurant since I was in elementary school. The cabbage cuts in this monjayaki are perfectly sized, and the cabbage is cooked through, bringing out the sweetness of the cabbage. It's very popular with locals, so reservations are a must on weekends. Cheese Mochi Mentaiko Monjayaki I order this every time. It's the perfect trinity of the saltiness of the mentaiko, the mellowness of the cheese, and the heartiness of the mochi. I personally find the seasoning a little light, so I recommend adding the sauce on the table. Kintaroyaki A large piece of pork and cabbage sandwiched between dough and egg. The meat is large, so it's very filling. Pour on the sauce and mayonnaise, and it's done. I sometimes crave it. Thank you for the delicious meal.
