お祝いの席で利用。
店選びの段階で、浦和近辺の日本料理・懐石料理・・・を検索。
こんな機会はあまり無いので、
どうせならクチコミ好評価のあんな店とかこんな店とかに行ってみたかった。
しかし子供も含めた祝いの席。
しかも生ものNGのメンツあり。
で、佐賀牛しゃぶしゃぶ・すきやきコースのあるこちらをチョイス。
まず、19時に予約していたのに遅刻。
その旨連絡を入れると、
「大丈夫ですよ。気をつけていらしてください。」と優しい対応。
急いで急いで、それでも30分ほど遅刻しましたが、快く迎えていただきました。
個室。確かに眺望は良い。
でも、立地の違いか？高さの違いか？
パインズのRPRなんかの眺めに比べるとやや劣る。
そして静か・・・静かすぎて気まずい・・・。
すこーしＢＧＭがあってもいいんじゃないか。
料理は主役には「新春の慶び懐石」8000円。
子供達はすきやきコース「玄海」7500円。
他は「睦月懐石」5800円。
生ものＮＧメンツは刺身→煮物に変更していただけました。
私は「睦月懐石」をいただきました。(←子供より安いことに少し不満)
内容は <前菜>車海老黄身鮨 子持昆布 天、糸賀喜 黒豆松葉
竹ちしゃとう西京漬 熨斗鶏ちーず焼き

懐石料理なんてめったにいただきませんので、よくわかりません。
ネームバリューのあるお店ですから、
それなりに丁寧な仕事をしてます。優等生な感じ。
美味しかったなーと記憶に残っているのは、
前菜の鶏ちーず焼き、大根餅椀、床節、鱈の西京焼き。
ままかりと氷頭は初めて食べましたが、意外と美味しかった。
干支丸十ってのが、さつまいもを今年の干支「牛」の形に飾り切りしてあって、
芸の細かさに感動しました。
接客の良さもさすがです。
改まった席やお祝いの席には良いと思います。
後日 自宅にお礼の葉書が届きました。
最後まで行き届いた心づくし有難うございました。
そうそう駐車場ですが・・・。
ホテルの駐車場があるんですが、高さ制限1.5Mだったかな。
近頃の駐車場に比べると低いです。
我が家の車は入りません。
近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。
月～土 20分100円。日祝 30分200円でした。
