When I went to Saitama, I stayed at the Urawa Washington Hotel and went to ``Urawa Chinzanso'' on the top 13th floor for breakfast. ◇Location: About 8 minutes walk from Minami Urawa Station. ◇ Waiting time/crowd situation I went there around 7am, and was shown to a seat by the window without any waiting time. ◇ Ordering/Serving time Since it was a buffet style, we placed the next dish on our plates. I will only comment on the dishes that were particularly delicious. ★Braised eggplant ☆☆☆☆ It had exquisite seasoning, not too sweet, and had just the right amount of seasoning. ★Grilled fish (salmon, mackerel) ☆☆☆☆ The fillet was fatty, well-cooked, and had a good amount of salt. ★ Sukiyaki ☆☆☆☆ Delicious and not too sweet, with exquisite seasoning! ★Rice [Rating: 3.7] ☆☆☆☆ As expected, the freshly cooked rice was delicious. ◇Impressions etc. Unlike the breakfast buffet at a normal business hotel, each dish was of a high standard and very delicious, as it is run by Chinzanso.
