前々職の部下だった埼玉支店長と打ち合わせ
美味しい店が在るからと予約してくれた場所
は伊勢丹浦和店の直ぐ裏の路地を少し入った
落ち着いた建物。
正面からは如何にも懐石ですよって雰囲気で
すが、逆に門構えの所の手書きのポスター等
が物悲しい感じに見えてしまいます。
まぁ、此処もコロナの影響でしょうね。
店内に入り一番奥の座敷に通されました。
掘り炬燵形式なので脚が疲れなくて安心です。
本日の、おしながき
食前酒：キゥイのソーダ割（ノンアル）
御座付：冷製花野菜摺り流し

壱の重：薯藷とじゅん菜、鰈彩京焼、
酢取り名荷子、武州牛しぐれ煮、

どれもこれも手が込んで居て、美味しく頂け
ました。
懐石料理はヲジサマに嬉しい美味しいものを
少しずつの権化ですね。
でもランチタイムなのに我々の他に、お客様
の姿は見られず。
（まぁ個室の中に居られたのでしょう）
夜には浦和にしては、そこそこの値段がする
お店の様子です。
次回コロナ後の夜に伺ってみたいと思います。
