I feel like having Sushi from the morning today. I had a Sushi lunch by myself without telling my family ♫ I went into this place that I had been curious about. Lunchtime starts at 10:45 on weekdays. Most lunches around here start at 11:00, so opening 15 minutes earlier is important. I can't help but go in (^O^). Today I ordered Minato 1500 yen from the lunch menu. 13 pieces Sushi + rolls, Small dish, and soup. A pretty substantial lineup. It's been a while since I sat at a counter seat in a Sushi. I'm excited. Small dish of homemade tofu. Deep and smooth like cream cheese. It's refreshing with ponzu sauce. The bowl is white miso with red and white kamaboko. It's light. The Sushi with a wide variety of toppings was lined up beautifully on the plate. What should a sushi expert start with when eating Sushi? I've heard that it's the white fish... but I followed my instincts and started with one of the three rolls. Scallops, shrimp, squid, sardines, tuna, etc. The salmon roe is not disguised with cucumber like Conveyor belt sushi. No complaints & no ingredients that I don't like ♫ Good atmosphere, good taste. (There are probably better ingredients for your preference or dinner) It's Sushi that is quite satisfying. 1500 yen is also a bargain! I'm curious about the atmosphere at night.
