表通りに面していて、小窓から梅のディスプレイが見えますが、そこは入口ではありません。裏に廻ります。
隠れ家を演出するためあえて裏に入口を設けているのだと思いますが、その入口はコイン駐車場に面していて、景色が良くないのですよねー。
内装のプランニングを見ても、途中段階で入口を変えたように見えるのですが、入口は素直に表通りとすべきだったなあ。
店内は広々として、小洒落ていていい感じです。
細かいところこだわってます。
器がおよそ同じデザインで統一されています。
スペースを贅沢に使い、隣席との関係を気にせず話ができます。
トイレのお手拭きペーパータオルが墨色！ですよ。スタイリッシュ。
シンプルモダンなお店、計画停電に備えて投光器が壁に掛けてあるのが装飾にも見えます。
ただ、惜しいのは床。
テーブル席の下が板張りなのですが、コンクリートの上に直に板を張っているのではなく（店舗の場合は普通そうします）、住宅と同じように軸組の下地の上に床板を張っているので、靴で歩くと「どたどた」音がします。
テーブルに座っていると、後ろを店員さんやお客さんが歩くたび「どたどた」「どたどた」として落ち着きません。
ちょっと店舗設計の初歩をミスしていますね改修するか、せめて店員だけでも靴ではなく草履とか履物で工夫してください。
お料理、お通しがいきなり炭火に網、何かと思えばえびちゃんがまだ生きているところを串刺しにして火あぶり！うーん、お下品。
焼けるまでかわいそうで見るのがつらい。
食べても、味はおいしいけど、こころはおいしくないです。
お店の売りらしいけど、やめてほしい。
釣り鯵お刺身、新鮮こりこり。
豚肉とお野菜の蒸しもの、うまい。
野菜がうまいし、特にタレが絶品です。
スモークサーモン、自家製ではないよう、しょっぱすぎる。
鶏の焼物、なかなか香ばしくてＧｏｏｄ。
地魚南蛮漬、数種の地魚とメニューにはありましたが、鮭だけのような。停電の影響か。
お酒は梅のオリジナルカクテルを日本酒とかワインとかを使って作っているのが楽しいです。飲んでみてください。
最後〆、じつは釜飯が食べたくて今日の夕食は和食やさんに、と思ったのですが、こちらに釜飯があるかどうか知りませんで、そしたらあった！
超うれしい季節の釜飯。
テーブルで固形燃料で作るので、炊けてくるととってもいい匂い。
何だろう、蓋を開けるまで楽しみです。
で、ぱっと蓋を取ると一面白い。
ん？魚か。匂いではハマグリかな、とも思っていましたが、鯛でした。
あっさりしていて、おいしいです。
炊く前に火を入れてあるようで、鯛の表面は香ばしくなっており、焼きあなごかな、とも思い、食べた旨みは鯵のようでもあり、でも大きなウロコが出てきたのでやはり鯛です。１釜で2人で十分です。
停電対応で魚の仕入れを抑えているのかな、と思うのですが焼き魚食べたかったかな、と。
おそらく夏、秋とメニューを替えてくるでしょうからそれを楽しみにまた来たいと思います。
今後さらに充実して評価点アップを期待しています。
