浦和在住の飲み友達と共に初訪。
何でも前々から気になっていたお店と言う事でございました。
久しぶりに浦和駅に降り立ち、まずビックリ！知らない間に凄い事になっておりました。
おお！こんなに近代的に、、駅前のウナ子像は、、有った（笑）。この辺は変わらないのですね、安心しました！
県庁前との事で談笑がてら歩きます。所要時間は１０分前後？？大通り沿いから店内が見えるけど入れないのですね〜、面白い造りです。裏通りにまわり、中々風情のある入り口から入店。
店内も手前にカウンター、奥がテーブル席。どうやらその奥に個室的スペースもあるみたい。第一印象は「シャレおつな店」でございました。
間接照明の感じも良い、浦和にあってこの価格帯の店でこの造り、中々無いタイプです。これは高ポイント。
週末とあってか結構な賑わい。この雰囲気では流行るでしょうね〜。
一杯目はやはりビールで乾杯し、料理は単品を気侭に注文。
日本酒、ワイン、品数は抜群、、と言う訳では無いですが吟味されている印象が有りました。
ビール、日本酒、ワイン、それなりに頂きました。支払った金額の半分以上は酒代だったのでは？と思える程度（笑）。
突き出しとして活け車エビの炭焼きが供されます。七輪が置かれ、自分で焼き上げるスタイル、ちょっと驚き。
和食らしいプレゼンでこういうの良いっすね〜、何たって高揚感があります。生きているので鮮度は申し分無し！
料理は出来た順に運ばれて来るイメージ、この辺りは居酒屋さん的。
出汁巻き卵、卵がそれなりに良いものを使っている印象。ただ、、所謂「甘い出汁巻き」だったので、塩系薄味出汁巻き派の当方はややガックシ。料理としては美味しかったですよ〜、これは単に個人の味覚的趣向の問題、お店に非はございませぬ。
自家製オイルサーディン、これ中々でした。ごま油の香り、風味が豊潤。イワシも身厚、骨もホロホロ。洋食とは異なるアプローチ。うん、これは日本酒が進む。美味しかったのでお代わりを致しました（笑）。
刺身盛り合わせは５種類程度、残念な事に魚種を伺ってもイマイチはっきりしなかったので何を食べているのか解らない物が数種。
こういう所、同じ物を頂いても全く印象が変わるのでサービスは重要です。
佐賀牛（だったかと）のステーキはシンプルにレアに焼き上げたものに「かんずり」的辛味の添え、シンプルに塩、又は醤油で頂きます。
流石日本が世界に誇る和牛！海外ですとどうも赤身ばかり。あれはあれで肉の旨さ凝縮ですが、和牛特有の脂の旨さというのもやはり捨て難い。レアな焼き加減も良し、満足致しました。
卓上で炊き上げる季節の釜飯も素材が吟味されている感じは伝わり〆として十分！日本人はやはり〆はご飯っすね〜、そんな事を痛感して頂きました。
料理は相対的にレベルが高い、少なくとも埼玉で知る限りではそれなりの腕利きレベル。
ただ残念な事に今回の利用ではサービスに難点。
はっきり言ってチェーン店の居酒屋さんレベル。
何を聞いても何処か要領を得ない。商品説明は不十分、細かいオーダーミス多し。この価格帯でこれは無いなと思われるレベル。
ミスは仕方が無い、人間なので。ただ少なくともお酒、料理、ユーザーに美味しそうに伝わるトークスキルが無いとこの手の店では購買意欲が進まない。
作っている料理人の方の思いが伝わらないのはユーザーとしても残念。
少々ビジュアル重視、でもサービスとして重要な中身が相当抜け落ちている残念な印象。
総括！
料理は全てが平均以上。其処かしこに拘りの様な物が潜んでいて中々です。
ただレストランなるものそれだけでは有りませぬ、料理、サービスとの両輪に飲食空間が相俟って評価されるもの。
その意味総合的な感想は相当抑えめ。
悪いサービス云々という事では無く、店として目標としているであろうレストランレベルに見合ったサービスでは無い！という印象が終始ございました。
とても雰囲気が良い店なので、この界隈ではビジネスユースでも行けるかもしれない、でも今回経験した感じではサービスがかなり危なっかしくて大事な用途ではあまりお薦め出来ない。
あぁ、、全席喫煙可というのも悪く作用したかも。この日は運が悪かったのか、隣でガンガン吸われてしまい、かなり飲食環境としては厳しかった。
少なくとも今の時流に即して分煙の配慮は有って然るべき。これが原因で思ったより早期退店に至りましたので。
再訪は？？そうだな〜〜、、サービスが改善されて分煙なら十分有り得ます。
お店の雰囲気、料理が小洒落ているのに勿体ない！そう、個人的に非常に勿体ない、そんな印象のお店でございました。以上っす！！
