浦和駅西口の交番があるあたりから、路地
を南西に進んでいくとおみせがあります。
お昼は11：30～14：00までやっており、ラン
チもあります。夜は、17：00～22：30ラストオ
ーダーで23：00までの営業。外の看板に『飃』、
小さく『つむじ』と書かれています。
暖簾を潜ると、右手側に厨房とカウンター4
席。左側に土間の4人テーブル席と2人テーブ
ル席。奥にお座敷があります。灰皿が卓上に
あったので喫煙可能の模様。
テーブル席に案内されましたよ。ビールは、
生がモルツ系だったので、瓶のサッポロラガー
赤星600えんを注文。焼き物に、こがね鶏塩焼
650えんと太刀魚の塩焼800えんを注文。
ビールを呑みつつ、お通しをいただいてゆる
りと会話をしながら待ちます。サックス系ジャ
ズなどが流れ、しっぽり呑むには良い空間。常
連さんが多く見えていましたよ。
太刀魚塩焼きから配膳。あっさりした身だけ
ども、脂ものっていて柔らかい。そして塩加減
がおいしいです。里芋とみょうがと大根おろし
が添えられています。
こがね鶏塩焼もいいタイミングで登場。葱と
一緒に焼かれています。脂がたっぷりで、これ
も食が進みます。
どちらも美味しい品でしたよ。量が多くはな
いので、がつがつよりも、美味しさを楽しみに、
しっぽり呑むのに向いているおみせかも。
入口傍に冷蔵庫があり、メニューにないお酒
がそこに入っていることもあるようです。今回
は、帰る時に気付いたので、次回の機会があれ
ば、冷蔵庫の中身を聞いてみようと思いました
よ。
