昼メシで利用して来ました(^o^)
JR浦和駅西口より数分の場所にある割烹料理屋さんです。
ランチメニューをやっていたので立ち寄って来ました(^^)
店内に入り、右手側のカウンター席に座り注文。
銀鮭焼定食¥820にしました(^^)
鮭に大根おろしだけでなく、ガリが付いている。
温かい素麺の小鉢もあり、なかなか嬉しい組み合わせ(^o^)
鮭は塩味がしっかり付いていて醤油いらず。
大根おろしでサッパリとさせても良く、ガリで甘味をプラスしても良い( ^ω^ )
漬物も葉の部分は塩味が強く、茎部分は塩味控えめで、好みの組み合わせで食べられるのが良い( ^ω^ )
味噌汁はなめこ汁。
とろみがあり、塩味は抑え目なので、定食のバランスを担うのに、かなり良い働きをしている( ^ω^ )
温かい素麺も小鉢の相性として申し分なし。
締めにりんごとキウイの甘味が加わり、良いバランスを持って食事を終えられました(^^)
