PR for restaurants |
Located right next to Urawa Station. A sophisticated restaurant where you can enjoy seafood dishes and alcoholic beverages in a relaxed atmosphere. Private rooms available.
The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere where time flows slowly and quietly. You can enjoy a variety of meals that go well with sake. We carefully prepare and serve seasonal ingredients that we have |
I went to a restaurant that I had been interested in for a long time. It is located in a good location, about a 2-minute walk from the west exit of Urawa Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, and it looks like I can drink delicious alcohol! I'm excited. The outfit is something I would want to use every day. The sake I ordered is Hakkaisan, a standard. It is well-balanced and goes well with a wide range of dishes, so it is an indispensable sake for me, who hates to get a bad drink when I pay for it. First, the appetizer comes. The appetizer is a tofu salad, a tamagoyaki and shiitake mushroom salad, and a soy sauce dish. You can feel the umami of the dashi in each dish. It was a delightful appetizer. The dishes I ordered were whitefish milt with ponzu sauce, red sea bream yuan-yaki, and a 3-kind sashimi platter. My favorite whitefish milt with ponzu sauce is plump and melts in my mouth. I'm looking forward to having more opportunities to eat it as winter approaches. I think it was cod milt. The red sea bream yuan-yaki is soy sauce-based and has an elegant finish. It went especially well with Hakkaisan. The red sea bream meat had a light impression, and since it was yuan-yaki, I prefer the meat not to be too strong, so it was my favorite seasoning. The sashimi was whelk, squid, and yellowtail. I had it with salt. To be honest, sake and sashimi taste good regardless of whether the quality is high or low, so I won't say much about it this time. It's a restaurant that I would like to use on a regular basis. The customer service was also polite and left a good impression. Thank you for the meal.
