For dinner tonight, I visited "Shunsen Fuku", located about a 5-minute walk from Musashi-Urawa Station on the Saikyo Line. This restaurant is frequented by a couple I know. Fuku is located right in the middle of a strange one-story building with multiple tenants, and has a very nice atmosphere. The interior is clean and has a wide, deep counter and table seats. This is Seafood recommended by an acquaintance, so let's start with a toast with draft beer! Phew! And the seared bonito is delicious (^ω^) It's exquisite! I like boiled fish, so I ordered the chef to order the fish he had on hand, and he was happy to accept it. The fish is old man fish. It is a white fish of the Perciformes family. It is not a fish with a lot of meat, but it is boiled well and is soft and very delicious (^∇^) I like the sake "Densake", which goes well with tonight's food! All the dishes, such as salted seared bonito and deep-fried mexicali, were carefully prepared to make the most of the ingredients. Thank you for the meal! It's still hot, with 35 degrees during the day, and people are suffering physically. While I'm at a famous restaurant like tonight, I can forget about the heat just by eating food and drinking. I'm grateful.
