鶏と魚と日本酒に力を注いでいる素敵なお店。
武蔵浦和にあるコジャレた居酒屋です。
鶏は名古屋コーチンを使用しており、魚も刺身がとても美味しいです。
今回は鶏刺しと地鶏セット、オーナーが釣ってきたシマアジのお刺身を注文しました。
どれもこれもとても美味しかったです。
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもゆったりできる空間づくりになってます。
日本酒の種類も豊富に揃えていますが、今回はビールとブランデーを美味しくいただきました。
満席の場合があるので電話をして予約をした方がいいのかもしれません。

鶏、魚で和食をウリとする行きつけのお店で
A5ランクの松坂牛を堪能しました。
松坂牛と仙台牛があり、どちらにしようか迷いながらも
高くておいしいのにしようと注文しました。
味はとても美味しく幸せな気分になりました。ソースにつけても美味しいのですが
個人的にはつけずに食べたほうがとても美味しく感じました。
これがメインで他にはおなじみのお刺身と
〆にお茶漬けを堪能してとてもいいひと時を過ごせたと思います。
