I finished work early and headed to the west exit of Kita-Urawa Station. I can't wait until it gets dark so I went to Robata-yaki "Wawa" which opens at 3pm! Good evening. Counter seats available. For now... Sake lol ``Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo'' Akita sake that has been gaining popularity lately. There are two appetizers, ``cucumber tamari-zuke'' and ``catfish nanban-zuke.'' Both have good taste and are very satisfying. Now, Mr. Yamamoto, let's eat it. (Tut) Oh, it has a slightly sour taste, almost like a fruit. I tried today's recommended ``Swordfish Konbu〆'' What is this? The stems are called ``Hasuimo'' and are eaten. Umami ingredients are concentrated in the firm meat, giving it a deep flavor. My favorite dish is ``Fried Mexicali''. Please say it from the top of your head. Mochi: I'll start from the beginning! The whole body is edible (Gab) It's crispy and fluffy. Tohoku Local Sake Festival held "Miyakan Plum Junmai Ginjo" is amazing in Miyagi (Tutu) Very sweet taste ♡ Excellent aroma, slightly cloudy Rice juice that increases in flavor as it approaches room temperature "Nonuta" Reset your palate with the whelk, feel crunchy and fresh, and have the sweet taste of vinegared miso with rounded edges. The finishing touch is the ``fried ginkgo nuts'' that are so smooth and sparkly that you can bite into them to finish off the meal in late autumn.
