ビアノヴァウラワさん、南浦和駅東口のプリモーディアルさんでクラフトビールを飲み比べした後は、この日のハシゴ3軒目ということで、気になっていた「海鮮酒場わんす」さんに初チャレンジ！プリモーディアルさんから歩いて少しなので、ハシゴしやすい（笑）
18時過ぎに入店すると、お座敷席にファミリーのお客さんのみと空いておりましたので、カウンター席隅をサクッと確保！
すかさず日本酒メニューをチェックして、日本酒スタートは、齊藤酒造（青森県弘前市）の「六根」（ろっこん）純米吟醸ルビーでカンパーーイ！ややフルーティ？だったかなスルスルっと飲めてしまう美酒！
オツマミは「お刺身盛り合わせ」をオーダー！その前にお通しが登場！白菜？のスムージー的なものとブリの煮物だったかな？
続いて登場したお刺身盛り合わせは3点盛り！マグロ、シマアジ、しめ鯖とそれぞれ日本酒に合っていい感じ！
ここで日本酒追加は、残り少なかった飯沼銘醸（栃木県栃木市）さんの「姿」（すがた）ブラックインパクトを追加！
最後は「カキフライ」＆「ふぐ唐揚げ・野菜天」をオーダー！
日本酒ラストは初めていただく妙高酒造（新潟県上越市）さんの「妙高山八十八」純米吟醸！カウンター席上に「かんすけ」があったので、半分お燗にしていただきました。
約2時間飲み食いして、お会計は5000円弱となりましたが、日本酒と海鮮料理を飲み食いできたのでごちそうさまでした。トータル評価は☆3.5とさせていただきます！
