オーナー大将が系列高級店に専念の為、こちらのお店の板場は現在若手スタッフばかり。そのせいなのか、客層もだいぶ替わって来ました。バラちらしにお好みのネタがトッピング出来るようになりました。白い器が洋風なちらし鮨です。

Mr. Oimawashi, who joined the store last year, is a former backpacker. He seems to be fluent in English. In this city, this may be the best Sushi restaurant to take customers who are native English speakers. However, we do not carry salmon or California rolls, which inbound customers prefer.
