We use ingredients such as white fish and tuna that are aged at low temperatures to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. Shari is made by cooking domestically produced brand rice with red vinegar to make it hard, so you can enjoy the chewy texture that melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth.
