Our eel, which is skewered at the store every morning, is domestically produced and shipped directly from a wholesaler. Baking at a high temperature and then steaming for 30 minutes creates a fluffy and soft texture. Please enjoy the fragrant aroma of the secret sauce that is coated three times and grilled. It's not too sweet and has a refreshing and sharp taste. If you like, sprinkle with Japanese pepper from Wakayama Prefecture. The rice used is Koshihikari rice grown in Aizu. We offer the perfect level of cooking for eel.
