誰にも何も言われる筋合いはない。
そう心に一つ強く持つことが何かをつなぐことになる・・・のかもしれませんが、それは時と場合によるんだろうな。
たまたま見た映画を引きずっているのですが、何となくそう思いつつおいしくいただきました。
ま、ダジャレがタイトルなんです。どうしても他が浮かびません。
間借りのお店のようです。以前のお店の経験もちょっとありますが、老朽化のため取り壊しになった場所にあったんでしたよね？ま、奇跡のような場所だった気もします。
改めて目指します。到着。ちょっとだけ奥まったお店。入ります。
カウンター１０席くらいかな？
テーブル席が２卓は確認。奥にあるかは未確認・・・あっ入り口側に２卓あった。
「どうどう」さんの昼間借りバージョンかな？
卓上は鮮度醤油。山椒はミル式。
串入れ・爪楊枝。
無難に日本人なので竹を選択です。３８５０円。吸い物・新香付きです。プラス２２０円で肝吸いに変更しました。
おしぼりと大ぶりなコップに熱めのお茶がたっぷり。いいですねぇ。
夜も良さそうって言うか夜は違うお店か。
串焼きとお酒・・・雪の茅舎（ゆきのぼうしゃ）は甘かったから、日高見（ひたかみ）あたりか？「ひだかみ」では無いからね。
白焼きも食べたいし、小鉢でしっぽりもありか？
鰻なので待ちます。妄想中・・・
和気藹々と調理される姿は個人的にはちょいと苦手。
お店のカラーにしてもう、老いとは思うが思うところもあると言うことです。昔の人間なんで自分。
これ以上は言いませんが、一食の価格から立ち居振る舞いを考えていただけた方が無難な気がします。
３０分くらい待ったかな？さすが鰻。到着です。
肝吸いから・・・苦い。コレが本物なのか？そしてぬるい。
ご飯はパラパラ。食べにくいが本音。以前も粘性に関して書かせてもらったので、もはや相性なんだと思います。なので、一個人の意見です。
うなぎはうまい。
でも、近場というか周りのお店が強力なんで何か対抗策があった方が良いのかな？
鰻と両輪になるようなもの・・・地方では鳥重なんかや刺身にも力を入れている印象もあります。そう言う方向？
圧倒的な素材の力「むさし乃」さん。
私は同じ風味を感じた「せきの」さん。
大箱の安定力「山崎屋」さん。
なんかいつも不定休で利用出来なかった「浜名」さん。
以前は良かったけど今は・・・「満寿家」。
そんな感じの後に「彦星」さんが浮かぶかな？あ、「瀧澤」さんに変わり間借りなので本当に苦戦です。
対抗策は浮かばないけど、最低でも印象は良く思われるようにふるまわれた方がいいなって思います。アシのほうですが・・・
などと、おぢさんは思ってしまいましたが、美味しくのんびりいただける鰻スポットでありました。
