ChefMr. Yuta Matsuoka (Yuta Matsuoka) - Bringing out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest
Born in 1985 in Urawa City, Saitama Prefecture (currently Saitama City). Father of two children. At the age of 15, he started working part-time at a local sushi restaurant and was drawn to Japanese Japanese-style meal, entering the world of Japanese Cuisine and training in sushi, kappo, and kaiseki. After working at the long-established restaurant "Shiraishi" in the Ritz-Carlton Singapore, he became the head chef at Urawa Gokei. Also serves as the head chef of [Urawa Uonagi]. He loves wine so much that he obtained his sommelier qualification during the coronavirus quarantine period.
