お墓参りの帰りに寄りました。
以前は、霊園のそばに美味しい蕎麦屋（詳しい店名等は前回レビューを参考）があって、
帰りに寄るのも楽しみでしたが、いつの間にか閉店。。。
残念な気分でしたが、「すずもと」さんを見つけてからは帰りはいつも此処に寄ります
そして「すずもと」さん。。。ジンギスカンが美味しい。
本場の北海道でも、
「ラム肉特有の匂い」が東京人には耐えられないお店がある様ですが、
「すずもと」さんのそれは、臭みが全くない。
此処のジンギスカンの美味しさを知ってからは、お墓参りの後には必ず寄っています。
そして特徴はたれにも。。。
生姜、大蒜等が入っている事は確かだと思うのですが、それだけでは無い。
蕎麦屋である事を考えると、蕎麦つゆに使う出汁やかえしを使ってまろやかにしているのだろう。
少なくともとがった味のタレでは無い。
入店すると、何時ものように入り口で
「ジンギスカンのご利用ですか？」と聞かれます。
勿論、ジンギスカンですと答えた。

・ジンギスカン定食2@1,200（外税）～昨年から100円上がりました。
ラム肉は臭みが無く美味しい、
そしてし柔らかい。ラムってこんなに柔らかい？
来年の目標を決めた。
「十勝の豚丼」と「本場のジンギスカン」を北海道に食べに行くと。。。
