去年の夏あたりにオープンした串焼き屋さん。
通りかかりに見かけるといつも混雑しているのが気になり仕事終わりに同僚と行きました。
赤提灯な焼き鳥屋さんとは違って店内の雰囲気は落ち着いていました。そのせいか女性客が多め。
席から焼いている所がよく見えます。
最初はおすすめのハツ、せせり、白レバーをオーダー。
最初は白レバー。まずはその大きさにビックリ。
焼き加減はレアめでレバーの臭みが全然感じられませんでした。
二本目はハツ、 固いイメージがある部位でしたが食べるとプリっプリ！塩がきいておりとても美味。
続いてせせり、味噌だれとたっぷりのネギが最高でした。
もうこの３本でこの店のレベルの高さがわかります。手間をかけて焼いている姿からも串へのこだわりが垣間見れます。
値段は安くないですが、それ以上の価値のある味でした。
店員さんの接客も丁寧でしたので、次は彼女を連れて行きたいです。
