[High-value yakitori that stimulates the five senses] Each skewer is as satisfying and satisfying as a main dish.
[Charcoal-Grilled skewer Kushiyaki Shoun, a restaurant that focuses on making each skewer one by one] We use a blend of several types of rock salt and a secret sauce to bring out the flavor of the ing |
I wanted to eat Grilled skewer so I decided to visit this restaurant that I had bookmarked for some time. The location is in a corner of the shopping street in front of Nishikawaguchi Station, about a 3-4 minute walk from the station, so the location is very good. I had made a reservation in advance, so when I entered the store after 7pm on Friday, there were two groups of customers ahead of me. You will be shown to a counter seat. The owner is grilling skewers on the grill in the kitchen. The restaurant has a two-person system, with the female clerk, who appears to be the wife, in charge of the hall and also preparing the food. When you check out the menu mainly Grilled skewer, they will bring you a signboard with recommended menu items. This restaurant's recommended dishes include Grilled skewer tunagi, Karaage chicken, fried yam, fried eggplant, and steamed eggplant. Since this is your first time, I would selection to order 8 Grilled skewer (2 skewers x 4 types). There are four types of selection: Tsunagi, Quail, Liver, and Hat. The tether seems to be the part of the blood vessels that connect the heart and liver, and is said to be a fairly rare part that can only be removed in small quantities from one animal. It's soft, yet has a juicy, fatty texture that's very delicious. The haha is said to have a ``pretty plump feeling that can only be felt for a few seconds after it's cooked,'' so I eat it quickly, but it's also delicious. The liver was coated in a rich sauce and was tender and very good. I took a break from Grilled skewer, ordered liver sashimi, seared cucumber with plum meat, and chicken soup Gyoza / Dumpling, and switched to sweet potato shochu and lemon sour for drinks. The liver sashimi is fresh, has no odor, and is definitely delicious. I would also like additional Grilled skewer, hina skin, meatballs, tomato, and cheese peas. The one I'm most addicted to is Chizpie. As the name suggests, it is made by sandwiching cheese and green peppers with meat, but it is a masterpiece that matches the crunchy texture of the green peppers, the flavor of the cheese, and the flavor of the meat. I was very satisfied with the delicious Grilled skewer and thank you for the meal.
