研修で社長さんに鰻をご馳走になりました。鰻は久しぶり。家でもあまり食べないのが正直なところ。酒の肴に肝焼きは度々頂いているものの、値段が高いのもあって、蒲焼きは本当に久々。中国産やら養殖やら色々あるみたいですが、シラスウナギという稚魚が取れないとねが上がり下がりしている昨今。思い切って2~3年シラスウナギ漁禁止でもしてしまえばいいのにと思ってしまいます。一時1万越えの価格までいってしまえば有り難みも数段あがるのでは?全ての鰻屋さんを敵に回してしまう意見でした。
