The owner carefully selects the freshest ingredients by personally visiting the market and purchasing them daily from a butcher. Among them, we recommend Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with Benifuji chicken, which is cooked in the morning! It is lower in fat, higher in protein and healthier than regular young chicken. We are particular about not only the ingredients, but also the method of grilling, and each piece is carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal. Cooking over charcoal removes excess fat, leaving it light and juicy.One of its charms is its moderate texture.
