First of all, we recommend the ``5-piece platter of kushikatsu''! A well-balanced platter of pork belly, liver, selection ginger, and two types of vegetables. Other, we also boast ``pork shiso'', which goes perfectly with shiso and pork, ``boiled daikon'', which is soaked in a light soup stock, and ``asparagus'', which is made with a whole stalk♪Enjoy them with the sweet sauce. Lots of a la carte dishes too! Our restaurant's ``Tosamori Bonito'' with lots of seasonings such as ginger and green onion, and the piping hot ` Gyoza / Dumpling'' served on a hot iron plate are also our top picks.
