※牡蠣は産地によって臭みの強い物もあるので香りの優しさにこだわる方は、蒸し牡蠣は少し苦手かも知れないです。

ハマグリを大中小に分けると、小サイズかな。柔らかくて、味がしっかりしていて、釣られて貝出し汁ラーメンもいただきました。660円
