冬の味覚牡蠣。
貝は貝塚が見つかるほど縄文時代から
メジャーな食材だったようだが
大量の貝を乾燥させて保存食にした上
交易にも使っていたらしい。
カキフライ、牡蠣鍋、焼き牡蠣などあるが
一番おいしいのは生牡蠣かな。
といっても、年に一度食べるかどうかで
ホタテのほうが好きなのだが
こちらでいただいた生牡蠣はおどろくほど
美味しかった。
ポン酢ではなくシンプルに、レモンだけで。
産地によって味も違って楽しめる。
