They purchase fish from a wholesaler specializing in high-quality fresh fish that is also used by high-end Sushi shops and high-end Japanese restaurants, and are good at preparing and resting fish dishes with their own careful preparation. Stir-fried large bean sprouts and raw oysters have been popular since the restaurant first opened, and recently they have also expanded Meat Dishes.
