...s "Kajika bone sake" made by steeping "kajika" fish caught by the chef himself in the Arakawa mountain stream in hot sake, "soba shochu and soba yuwari" (soba soup soba) which combines new soba and duck, and some customers even delay their train just to enjoy these dishes. From early April, the weeping cherry blossoms at Arakawa Seiunji Temple and the moss phlox at Hitsujiyama Park begin to bloom, making Chichibu the best time of the year.
