日曜日の会食で7人で伺いました。3度目です。花山椒ふんだんの熊の鍋、絶品ですよ！熊肉は一見バラ肉のように脂がいっぱいに見えますが、食すと全然くどくなくてあっさりした中にほんのり甘みを感じます。旬の花山椒のスパイスも効いてます。これ、死ぬ前に食べたい逸品に上がるくらい美味しいです。その他、前菜に出して頂く山菜類も本当に美味しいです。必ずまた伺いますね。今年も美味しかったー。ご馳走様でした！！
