イカは新鮮さが命です。魚は寝かせるなども大切ですが、イカはやっぱり新鮮さを大切にしてほしい。活造りまで行くと味わいより歯ごたえありきになってしまいますが、それでもいいものを食べたい。

人情的な店主の小ぢんまりした居酒屋さん。
こういう店を行きつけにしたい。
店はそれほど広いわけではなく、一般的な居酒屋って感じですが、コスパが良く美味しかったです。
旨くて安い こじんまりで落ち着いた店。一人で来店で静かに楽しめる。料理が若干遅いけど、頑張ってるし店員んさんたちもかわいいのでok 。おすすめです。
