Enjoy "fresh fish" caught by the owner himself and "local sake/Japanese sake" in a calm space ◎We also have a great value a la carte menu!
At our restaurant, we use fresh fish that the owner, who loves fishing, has caught himself and immediately processed by draining the blood. The fish is extremely fresh! At that time, you can enjoy a va |
The eve of the Otsu Festival...After walking around Yoimiya, I stopped by [b:Tsuriya] for a quick drink. It was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you could enjoy homemade food and a wide selection of shochu and sake at cheap prices. ■Location Chuo-dori Street stretches gently downhill from Otsu Station to Lake Biwa. It's a street that feels like a government district for Otsu (although the government offices are a little deeper). If anything, it's closer to Lake Biwa. Since it's a bar, I won't talk about parking. ■Exterior I visited at night, and the red lanterns and incandescent color of the signboard were inviting. Perhaps because the shop name is "Tsuriya", there is a fishhook drawn on the noren curtain. It's close to Lake Biwa, so I guess the owner likes fishing ((o(^-^)o)) ■Atmosphere of the restaurant The restaurant has 6 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people. It was almost full when I visited. The atmosphere is that of an old Sushi, and it's not a fancy restaurant. I feel like it's perfect for everyday use. In fact, our first customers were local people. I would rather drink than watch Yoimiya! Drink! Something like that. In terms of generation, I'd say people in their 30s and above. It's not like the students are excited. There is only one clerk, the general manager and one person on the floor. If there is a problem, it would be that it is a little narrow. Whether this becomes difficult or tastes good depends on the person. I like the taste (lol) ■Cooking I had finished my meal and had a few drinks, so I had a light meal overall, but [b: The lineup of sake and shochu is quite impressive] . Apparently, there are 18 types selected by the All Japan Sake Tasting Championship champion. Plus, the flat price is 380 yen. It's 380 yen (No ゜ ο ゜) Noooooooooooo, just for the locals. When I tried to aim for something rare, it was out of stock (lol), so I actually ordered the special Junmai Nama Genshu [b: Dokan] (Ota Shuzo, Kusatsu City) and the Satsuma Potato Shochu [b: Red] Uma] on the lock (Hamada-ya, Kagoshima). What's so strange, Dokan? The manufacturer is Ota Sake Brewery...Dokan Ota? However, it seems like there is some local Shiga sake in Kusatsu, but that's okay. Either way, I was able to enjoy it with a rare alcoholic drink for Kanto Mon. First of all, the appetizer is Fried food and [b: boiled Simmered dish]...it has a homemade feel. The taste is also stained. After all, you can only drink alcohol at restaurants like this. Other options from the 380 yen menu include [b: Egg rolled in dashi soup], [b: Stir-fried young chicken nankotsu], and [b: Oden] several bottles (150-200 yen). I feel like if you order a dish that uses the ingredients, you're likely to get a lot of hits. The more labor-intensive the dishes, the tastier they are, so it would be a good idea to select menu items that can only be prepared by hand. Although the store may be difficult (;^_^A) It became a page of memories of a good trip.
