``Miyazaki Jitokko'' is a rare type of free-range chicken that only certified farmers are allowed to produce. It is characterized by chewy yet soft and juicy flesh and a deep flavor that comes out the more you chew. Among them, charcoal-grilled food, which is grilled all at once at a high temperature, is even more delicious with the scent of fragrant chicken oil. This is a signature dish that many customers always order.
