つい先日、南草津で会食があり接待利用となりました。気にはなっていたもののなかなか訪問とならずだはあったものの機会に恵まれ使わせていただきました。結果どの料理も満足度の高い逸品ばかりで、美味しい料理と丁寧かつ上品なサービスで満腹。4人での利用でしたが、魚料理、肉料理と旬の食材の味わいを十二分に引き出す料理長の腕と合わせた飲み物の提供は久しぶりにハイレベルなお店でした。パスタとトリュフ、ムール貝、さらに木下牛のフィレ肉、お料理の量もベストでした。味付けも濃すぎることなく薄すぎることなくバランスがとれています、当日はカップルの利用がありました、会食、接待、デート利用には最適な一軒です、南草津からは少しばかり距離がありますが、駐車場があるのでそれぞれ。たまにはこういう贅沢な食事も良いかもしれませんね。幸せなディナーとなりました、写真を参照あれ。
