魚やお肉の炭火焼きもいいけど今回は野菜を選択。
魅力的なメニューがたくさん。
◎おばんざい※おまかせ三種盛り
燻製がっこポテサラが抜群に美味かった。
燻製の香ばしい香りと歯応えがポテサラに合う。
いかなごくぎ煮は味がしゅんでる。
噛めば噛むほどに味が湧き出る。
万願寺じゃこ炒めも少し苦めの味が酒と合う。
◎野菜焼き盛り合わせ
野菜の味がダイレクトにドン！と来る。
椎茸は特に肉厚でブリン！として食べ応え充分。
ネギと絡まりとても美味しい。
鶏肉に匹敵する弾力。
レンコンは酢味噌でいただきシャキシャキ。
