March. Visited for the first time after seeing the gourmet magazine LEAF. Opened in October 2019 The location is within a few minutes walk from the north exit of JR Yasu Station. There are about 6 counter seats inside the store. There are table seats in the back that can be used by groups. Maybe they were a husband and wife, but the two of them seemed to get along very well. The main menu is sashimi and charcoal-grilled seafood ordered from the Kyoto wholesale market. Sake: About 30 types, mainly local sake from Shiga. When I asked about it, it seems that the owner himself goes to various liquor stores to purchase sake.
