ChefHiromitsu Takada - Leader of Omi Beef x Omi Rice x Omi Vegetables
Born in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture in 1972. After graduating from high school, he trained in Japanese Cuisine at famous restaurants in Kyoto and Shiga. In 1995, he became the head chef at Kappo Takada and established a new type Japanese Cuisine using Wagyu beef. In 2000, he trained at a famous Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in the prefecture to further develop his skills in Meat Dishes. Joined Sogo Omi Beef Trading Company Co., Ltd. in 2020 and became executive chef in 2023. Based on the techniques and heart of Kyoto cuisine, we use Omi beef and Omi vegetables to create a new style of ``Pure Japanese Meat Dishes.''

Our restaurant has 9 tables, all in private rooms. We have tatami rooms, sunken kotatsu seats, and table seats available. We understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request, but please feel free to let us know as you can choose the type of room you wish.

Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Matsuyama, the official ambassador of Yakiniku Sudaku Ukiyotei, is a jockey affiliated with the Chuo Keiba Ritto Training Center. He is the 41st ace in the history of Chuo Horse Racing and the 22nd active JRA to achieve 1000 wins.
